Weekly Lessons:
These consist of 1 hour a week up to as many hours you are
able and want to do. Remember the more hours you do a week
the sooner you will be ready for the driving test.
Test Booster Pass Course:
This course is designed for those who have in the past taken
a driving test and failed. Although the course consists of
13 hours in-car-driving-tuition and 2 hours for the driving
test, more or less hours can be used depending on your ability.
Mid-Way Pass Course:
The Mid-Way Pass course consists of 18 hours in-car-driving-tuition
and 2 hours for the driving test. This type of course will
benefit those who have the general knowledge and capabilities
of driving to a medium standard, but need the fine-tuning
of safe driving and the capabilities of passing the driving
test.
Semi-Intensive Pass Course:
A Semi-Intensive course is for those with little or no driving
experience. This course consists of 28 hours in-car-driving-tuition
and 2 hours for the driving test. Once this type of course
is accepted a driving test is booked, the hours are then divided
up to the test date. For example, if a test date were available
4 weeks after the course was booked then in weeks 1-3 a total
of 8 hours in-car-driving-tuition each week would take place,
followed in the 4th week by 4 hours in-car-driving- tuition
and 2 hours for the driving test.
1-Week Pass Course:
The 1-Week pass course is as the semi-intensive; the difference
being that the lessons start on a Saturday and the following
Friday the driving test takes place. All courses can be booked
months in advance if you wish, guaranteeing you the dates
that you want. A deposit is required before the courses start.
Pass-Plus:
This course consists of a minimum of 6 hours. It is taken
after a driving test is passed and covers the following six
subjects: Motorway Driving, Fast Dual Carriageways, Inner
City, Rural, All Weather and Night time driving. Taking this
course can in some cases reduce insurance premiums considerably.
There is no test to pass at the end of the course.
All courses are flexible with the amount of hours needed,
depending on existing experience.
While I have an above average first-time-pass-rate for the
pupils I teach, there is no guarantee for passing the driving
test first time. There is, however, a good chance of passing
if the teaching I provide is followed. Some companies and
individuals will guarantee a pass. What they mean is, pupils
will pass even if they have to take their test multiple times,
in which case additional lessons and test fees have to be
paid for by the pupils. There is no driving instructor in
the country that can guarantee a first time pass.
